If you have a phone, or a clock, please set the alarm to be 7:00. 如果你有手机，或者闹钟，请把闹钟设为七点。

Our breakfast time is 7:30. 我们早餐时间是七点半。
Lunch time is 12. 中餐基本上都是十二点。Sometimes we eat lunch in the wild. 有时候我们的中餐会在野外吃。
Supper is at 6:00. 晚餐通常是六点。
Please go to bed before nine in the evening. 晚上九点之前请上床睡觉。

If you feel sick, or hurt yourself, please find a councelor immediately. 如果你不舒服，或者受了伤，请马上去找一位辅导员。

Please keep your room key in a safe place, always hung it on your neck, even in the shower, never leave it on the desk. 请把房门钥匙放在安全的地方，永远挂在脖子上，哪怕是洗澡也不要取下来，绝对不要放在桌子上。
If you leave the key in the room and lock the door, you will not be able to get in. 如果你把房门钥匙放在房里，出来时把门锁上，就进不去了。

Is there anyone who does not swim? 请问在座的有没有不会游泳的？Please be very careful not to get close to the pond outside. 请非常小心，不要靠近外面的池塘。You might get yourself drown. 因为有可能会淹死在池塘里。
